If you are already registered with a dentist and are simply looking for your dentist's contact details, they may be available on the NHS Inform website.

If you cannot find your dentists contact details on the NHS Inform website, contact DIAL on 0345 45 65 990 who are available Monday to Friday, 8.05am to 6pm.
